Stéphane Degout, an exceptional baritone, explores the poetry of German Lied and French mélodie, from Schumann to Debussy, via Ropartz, Strohl and Ravel. Guided by gentle Romantic melancholy, he crosses the Rhine and the centuries, between Sehnsucht and symbolism, accompanied by pianist Cédric Tiberghien.
